This position enables you to work in a fully remote environment, benefiting from a flexible schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, during which you will collaborate with fellow team members and clientele through telehealth platforms. As part of the outpatient office model, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy that is responsive to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology, ensuring client comfort and privacy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals to foster their mental health and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
