Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, tailoring therapeutic interventions based on the unique circumstances of each client.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies to continuously improve the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds who face various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
