Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A strong understanding of mental health challenges specific to outpatient settings, particularly those faced by individuals in hospital environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices and brief therapy models relevant to outpatient treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement, candidates with extensive experience in therapeutic settings or specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Experience working with vulnerable populations, including children, adolescents, or survivors of trauma, is also preferred.
