Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Timely completion of all required clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure optimal care delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess patient needs and evaluate progress within the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support and response plans to enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards and integrity of our services.

• Act as a liaison with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate supports and services for our patients.

• Foster effective communication channels to align with contract standards and uphold the organization's mission within the community.

• Develop and sustain partnerships with agencies across local, state, federal, and private sectors to identify growth opportunities and funding sources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and state meetings to enhance personal and team expertise.

• Promote the agency’s mission and values through proactive engagement in community activities that align with our goals.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will revolve around serving diverse patient populations, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and various challenges associated with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. You will provide therapeutic interventions that are both culturally sensitive and tailored to each individual's unique needs, thereby facilitating recovery and promoting wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Must possess an Independent LMHC License.
