Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a balanced work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a range of therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct thorough client assessments to ascertain mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on care strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline your workflow.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices, emerging research, and new therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Valid licensure in California as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse client needs with empathy and expertise.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
