Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' individual needs and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver individualized counseling sessions for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups that foster community and connections among patients experiencing similar mental health challenges.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, helping clients navigate through acute distress with empathy and understanding.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Diligently maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
