Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and stress management issues. Many of our patients may also deal with other social or economic stressors impacting their mental health. As such, our counselors must exhibit cultural competency and adaptability to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in California: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proven experience handling diverse patient populations and a deep understanding of mental health challenges unique to varied demographics.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to foster a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
