Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will work from home within a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing much-needed support to our clients in a comfortable and convenient setting. Collaborating with a remote team of mental health professionals, you will engage in ongoing communication using telehealth technology to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular virtual therapy sessions, assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing their unique mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' needs, setting clear goals for measurable progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Salt & Light Therapy, you will engage with a diverse patient population that spans various demographics, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Your clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing tailored support and therapeutic interventions to facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.

• A current, active California state license as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or counseling settings is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
