Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities encompass a variety of essential duties designed to provide comprehensive care to our clients:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that tailored clinical interventions are delivered.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient and family assessments to determine appropriate care triage.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing interventions, ensuring clear communication with interdisciplinary team members during meetings and patient rounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support patients’ treatment goals effectively.

• Engage in case management for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community resources to optimize care delivery.

• Maintain ethical standards and timely documentation practices in accordance with departmental expectations and regulatory requirements.

This role centers on serving a diverse outpatient population that includes individuals grappling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Arizona.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours (or more) per week to align patient needs with your professional goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
