Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial consultations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns and history.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, tailored to meet each client's unique therapeutic needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy based on client requirements.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and assess their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance in all aspects of care.

• Participate in professional development opportunities by attending workshops, training, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
