Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, aiming to facilitate their mental health improvement.

• Assist clients in articulating their emotions and experiences, guiding them toward self-insight and enhanced interpersonal relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to define personal goals and identify actionable steps toward achieving them.
\n
• Assess clients’ mental health status and formulate treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based upon your clinical background and insights.

• Participate actively in an ongoing professional development program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with an array of individuals who are experiencing various mental health challenges, particularly those who are stable and require support for low-acuity conditions. Our aim is to provide such clients with the tools needed to maintain their mental wellness, and your role will be pivotal in achieving positive patient outcomes through effective treatment methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license issued by the state board, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make clinical evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
