Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions that are catered to the specific needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, continually monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring clients feel supported and engaged, while actively fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality and comply with professional regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to remain current with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a trustworthy and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.

• Demonstration of compassion and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to maintain a manageable caseload whilst fulfilling administrative duties.

• Attractive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000, contingent on your experience and caseload.
