Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and adjusting strategies based on ongoing client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate coordinated care, ensuring that clients have access to a holistic support network.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards for documentation.
\n Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population spans individuals and families from various backgrounds and age groups, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted full licensure to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory, with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions present on your record.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and communication.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, especially in outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, participating in clinical consultations and peer reviews.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
