Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions across various formats including individual, couples, family, and group settings, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood in their therapeutic journey.

• Conduct thorough and compassionate remote assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, using appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.

• Current, fully unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon, with no limitations and no past disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships and empathetic connections with clients.

• Competence in using technology and relevant software to facilitate remote therapy sessions and maintain records.

Preferred Experience\n
