Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, targeting improvement in mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and personal experiences, promoting self-awareness and understanding of their interpersonal dynamics.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by helping to define their personal goals and develop actionable treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach.

• Regularly assess clients’ mental health statuses and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure efficacy and relevance.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records to document client interactions and progress, utilizing our integrated counselor dashboard for efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are carefully screened and consist primarily of stable adults with low acuity concerns. Your caseload will be populated with individuals who do not exhibit severe mental health issues, allowing you to provide targeted interventions and utilize your expertise in a focused and meaningful way. To enhance your practice experience, we match clients based on your stated specialties and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unencumbered license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) acknowledged by the state of New Jersey and in good standing, with no limitations or disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for building effective client relationships.

• Proficiency in computer systems, as our counseling services are delivered via a robust virtual platform.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
