This full-time position offers the opportunity to work behind the scenes via telehealth, where you will provide essential mental health support to clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Our innovative telehealth model enables you to work remotely, integrating advanced technology with compassionate care to reach clients throughout Arizona. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatments, and appropriate community resources to encourage informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, conforming to all state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages struggling with various mental health conditions. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to provide consistent support to clients who may otherwise have limited access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Expertise in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
