• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing using ethical and compassionate approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. By equipping them with the skills to manage their mental wellness, you will actively contribute to improving their quality of life and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current, unrestricted state-level mental health counseling license, enabling independent practice. We do not provide supervision, so applicants must be independently licensed.

• Preferred licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficient computer skills with access to a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.

• Dependable internet connection for seamless teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience working in telehealth is advantageous but not required.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and caseload.
