Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions through secure video conferencing, providing clients a confidential space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques—to tailor your approach according to each client's individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that recognize and respect the unique goals and challenges faced by each client.

• Monitor client progress during sessions, making necessary adjustments to therapy techniques to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress in our secure electronic health record system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You will work with clients who require compassionate support, and you will help them foster resilience and develop positive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients via virtual platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
