Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans based on those insights.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secured online platforms, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other personalized approaches that align with client goals.

• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, encouraging them to identify their objectives and aspirations throughout the treatment process.

• Monitor and document client progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and maintaining thorough records in our digital systems.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and remain engaged with the therapeutic strategies employed within the network.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a genuine understanding of clients’ experiences.

• Strong organizational skills and adeptness at managing remote therapy sessions, documentation, and client interactions in a digital environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth purposes, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote therapy setting or with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred.
