Work Environment\n

As a remote member of our dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will have the tools and support you need to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Our work hours typically span from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours required on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments. This flexibility ensures that you can manage your work-life balance while maintaining commitment to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, incorporating detailed evaluations of their mental health and substance use concerns, identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions designed to address both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions where clients learn to develop essential coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation techniques tailored to their unique situations.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure seamless coordination of care that resonates with the holistic framework we champion.

Qualifications\n
