Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other advanced methodologies to address varying mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other state guidelines, ensuring patients’ rights and privacy are upheld at all times.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members during regular case consultations, enhancing the quality of care and ensuring cohesive treatment strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment techniques, and available community resources, enriching their understanding and involvement in the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
