The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed care to clients, focusing on individuals impacted by trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. This is a remote position based out of our outpatient office in Garland, Texas, offering a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma history, guiding the development of appropriate intervention strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing the clients' resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process their trauma and teaching essential coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
