Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates in a remote outpatient setting, allowing you the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a collaborative team. Your regular work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible scheduling to best meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences, ensuring the approach is relevant and respectful.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions with a focus on promoting resilience and addressing a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, adeptly managing mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, exploring treatment options and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with professional ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will play a critical role in serving a diverse patient population, which includes individuals from ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrants facing unique challenges. You will have the chance to lead patients toward healing while recognizing and respecting their diverse cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence is essential.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive methodologies that honor patients' diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and an ability to act with professionalism and grace in high-pressure scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
