Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including but not limited to individuals from ethnic and cultural minority backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrants. Each therapist is expected to approach every patient with an understanding of their unique cultural contexts and experiences, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Proven knowledge and experience regarding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated competence in delivering therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a track record of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
