Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ individual experiences, challenges, and needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
