This role operates within a completely remote telehealth facility, allowing for flexibility and accessibility for both our therapists and clients. The team adheres to a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adaptability required for patient needs. Leveraging technology, you will conduct therapy sessions, assess patient progress, and collaborate with team members from the comfort of your home, contributing to a dynamic and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and create personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
