Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate diverse psychoeducational and support groups to foster community engagement and shared learning among individuals facing similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing treatment efficacy and holistic recovery.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure clients receive timely assistance.

• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, available support resources, and coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge about their treatment options.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure patient confidentiality and regulatory adherence.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and case consultations to refine therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas, with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Progressive Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
