Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, effectively interpreting results to inform tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that are periodically reviewed and adapted based on clients’ progress and feedback.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions, relying on evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a thorough, coordinated approach to care, seamlessly integrating mental health and medical services.

• Educate and engage family members in the therapeutic process to foster a robust support system for clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect sessions accurately and appropriately.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field recognized by the state of Texas.
