Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress, especially those experiencing complications due to co-occurring medical conditions. Our goal is to support these individuals with personalized care strategies that reflect their unique life circumstances and empower them to lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with dual diagnoses, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with patients.

• Strong ability to uphold ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality rigorously.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic technological tools relevant to teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and dedication to mental health care. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for qualified candidates.
