Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that factor in the medical concerns influencing patients’ mental health, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic and medical interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to empower patients in their growth journeys.

• Provide crisis intervention services, applying de-escalation techniques and immediate support in urgent scenarios, thereby prioritizing patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hyve, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with co-occurring medical issues such as autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
