Work Environment\n

This position operates mainly in a remote work setting with an outpatient office facility. We prioritize a flexible work-life balance and provide modern technology and user-friendly platforms to facilitate a seamless therapeutic experience. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work timeframe.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of impactful duties including:

• Conducting weekly therapy sessions for adult clients via secure live video, employing an approach that accommodates their diverse emotional and psychological needs.

• Performing comprehensive documentation of sessions and therapeutic progress through an intuitive, user-focused platform that simplifies administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your practice will be on adult clients who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and complex behavioral health needs. You will be instrumental in providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care tailored to the unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

The position requires the following educational and professional qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related fields is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.

Preferred Experience\n
