Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while still being a part of a dynamic outpatient team. Our standard working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals through virtual platforms, ensuring that you have access to the support and resources necessary to excel.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client symptoms to diagnose mood disorders and mental health conditions accurately, using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each client, integrating strategic, structural, or narrative therapy techniques where appropriate.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and the therapeutic process, empowering them to take an active role in treatment.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches and plans as necessary based on evidenced outcomes and client feedback.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in team consultations and regular training sessions to share insights, learn new techniques, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients both within and outside the organization, contributing to greater awareness and support for mental health issues in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Full Heart Family Therapy, you will work with a diverse population, including couples, families, and individual clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their challenges and work towards effective solutions.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid California LMFT license in good standing.

• Required educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A strong capacity to build rapport and trust with clients, utilizing empathy and active listening skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting are preferred. Experience with different therapeutic models such as strategic, structural family therapy, systems therapy, or narrative therapy will enhance your candidacy for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
