Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorders and relational issues on clients’ lives.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring they are actively involved in their therapeutic journey.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to address specific client needs.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options available to them, and effective self-care techniques to foster overall mental health.

• Regularly monitor client progress, reassess treatment plans, and make necessary adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to integrated care.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
