Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy to provide effective clinical interventions.

• Regularly meet with clients for individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring consistent support and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Engage family members in therapy sessions when appropriate to facilitate a holistic approach to mental health.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, providing ongoing assessments to ensure therapeutic goals are being met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

• Minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling with a focus on couples and family dynamics.

• Proficiency in dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disturbances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
