Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and trauma. Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is a plus, as many clients may present with co-occurring disorders that require dual interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement and motivation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction counseling and working with clients affected by substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues.
