Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will:

• Provide therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing relational dynamics and individual issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients facing various challenges such as grief and loss, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, job stress, and issues related to blended families.

• Facilitate effective communication during sessions, ensuring all family members feel heard and understood.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of each session in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision opportunities.

• Participate in the clinic’s multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be interacting with a diverse client population, including adults and children/adolescents. Qualifications\n
