Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver high-quality individual and/or couples therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person as needed.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and attend professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and follow established protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care of clients, connecting them with additional resources if required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult and adolescent populations seeking support for a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, stress, anxiety, and depression. By utilizing your experience with various therapy modalities, you will engage clients in effective treatment strategies that foster resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with postgraduate education preferred.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 3-4 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations.

• Demonstrated skills in facilitating effective therapeutic sessions, including group discussions and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LifeStance Health offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on productivity and experience. Additional benefits include:
