Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ripple Embrace Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional well-being, focusing on family dynamics, relationship challenges, and individual psychological health.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions for couples and families, developing tailored treatment plans that meet varied client needs.

• Addressing specific issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication barriers to support families in their journey toward resolution and healing.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to empower clients and promote a positive therapeutic environment.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage in therapy with clients experiencing a range of issues from job stress and medical challenges to complex family dynamics such as blended families and adjustments following separation or divorce. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique challenges will be central to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you should possess:
