Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients presenting with a variety of psychological issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma-related conditions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and continuous assessment of the patient’s progress.
\n
• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other appropriate interventions.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment updates, and progress in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

• Meet regularly with clinical supervisors and participate in case consultations to discuss treatment approaches and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) relevant to therapeutic practices.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Washington.
