Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients via secure telehealth technology, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in distress, ensuring immediate assistance and ongoing support.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate in ongoing training and development workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practice methodologies.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various challenges such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and qualifications.
