Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying their needs, issues, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and couples therapy sessions, facilitated through a variety of virtual platforms, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Regularly review treatment plans and adjust them according to clients’ progress and evolving needs, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals to coordinate and enhance holistic care.

• Be equipped to provide crisis intervention, supporting clients in acute distress and navigating emergencies effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training opportunities to stay informed of the latest research and trends in marriage and family therapy.

• Advocate for clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment and well-being.
\n
• Promote a culture of self-care among clients and within the therapy practice to prevent burnout and enhance efficacy in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active Marriage and Family Therapist licensure through the State Board is essential.

• Proficient in communication and writing, capable of using electronic health record systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
