Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary duties will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing therapy sessions with couples as well as individual family members, addressing a wide range of issues.
\n
• Specializing in providing therapeutic support for complex family dynamics, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance use disorders
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members
\n
• Adjusting to separation or divorce
\n
• Communication barriers and conflicts
\n
• Support for blended families and job-related stress
\n
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and children/adolescents, providing dedicated mental health support in an engaging and dynamic manner. This role encourages building strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate meaningful change, whether through individual sessions, family therapy, or group workshops.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
