Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility and control over your work environment while delivering outpatient therapy. While you will primarily work from home, you will occasionally collaborate with our team virtually to ensure cohesive and coordinated treatment for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and articulate specific, actionable interventions for each client.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate an integrated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, including developing safety plans to address acute mental health crises.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards by maintaining detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to foster community and enhance clients' therapeutic experiences.
