Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ascend Mind Journey, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focused on assessing and addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to devise personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating therapeutic discussions on topics such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Supporting family members and couples in developing effective communication skills and resolving conflicts.
\n
• Keeping detailed clinical documentation of each session and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in continuous collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health issues.
