Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Communicate with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to keep them informed of client progress, clinical needs, and emergent issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety while managing therapeutic responses.

• Regularly assess and document clients' progress toward their treatment goals, modifying care plans as needed while engaging clients in their own recovery.

• Collaborate with families and support systems to enhance treatment outcomes and assist in developing discharge and aftercare plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The role requires sensitivity to the intricacies of familial dynamics and a willingness to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic conversations that facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state license as an LMFT or equivalent, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
