Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of clients with varying emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with the Brightside psychiatric team to enhance treatment outcomes for clients, attending regular meetings to discuss integrated care strategies.
\n
• Utilize automated self-assessments and progress measures to guide and refine treatment plans, ensuring personalized and effective care.
\n
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy to assist individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through our secure and intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from the Therapy Leadership Team to continuously refine your therapeutic approach.
\n
• Commit to measurement-based care, actively participating in efforts to assess treatment efficacy and adapt care as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, including adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support for various mental health issues. You will work with individuals dealing with challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders, enabling you to employ a wide array of therapeutic techniques based on the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
