Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on diverse issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, blended family dynamics, and communication challenges.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Documenting sessions accurately and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal policies governing mental health services.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings to hone your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples, families, and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges.
