Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to enhance overall well-being.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and align with evolving client needs.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to provide integrated, holistic care.
