Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and comprehensive evaluations of individuals, couples, and family dynamics to identify their specific needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Theory, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that prioritize client goals and track their progress effectively.
\n
• Continuously maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes to meet compliance standards and ensure effective communication within the team.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. As an LMFT, you will work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including marital difficulties, communication issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and more. A fundamental part of this role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of therapy practices and client-focused care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
