Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform clinical diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet the specific goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, developing safety plans and connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including therapy progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health conditions, guiding them in understanding treatment processes and available community resources, while advocating for their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
